Cancelation Policy
It is understood that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be honored...
24 hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give at least 12 hours advance notice you will be charged $25 for your missed appointment. If you choose to forgo your appointment completely (no show), you will be charged $25 and must pay the remainder of the missed service before rescheduling.
No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. $25 deposit will not be returned, and remainder of missed appointment must be paid in full prior to rescheduling.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full session. Out of respect and consideration to you, me, and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Lash clients: Please remember to thoroughly cleanse your lashes prior to your appointment, if they are not properly cleaned, some of your lash time will be lost due to having spent my time removing your makeup.
