Cancellation Policy
It is understood that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be honored...
24 hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give at least 12 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% for your missed appointment, which will be charged to your credit card on file. If you choose to forgo your appointment completely, you will be charged 50% for the missed appointment, and you'll be required pay the full amount in advance, for your next appointment, prior to booking. This amount will be applied to your service, and will not be refunded if you miss your rescheduled appointment.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. Prior to rescheduling, your appointment must be pre-approved, and pre-payment will be required.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Lakewood Lash clients: Please remember to thoroughly cleanse your lashes prior to your lash appointment, if they are not properly cleaned, some of your lash time will be lost due to having spent my time removing your makeup.
